Supporting the transition of socially disadvantaged pupils to key stage 3 through independent, problem solving learning opportunities within their community whilst developing mentor relationships within the Comprehensive school.

  • Development of a resource pack of activities to be used to enhance the transition of future cohorts of socially deprived pupils for school and home
